Hi! We’re Zach and Melinda — a husband and wife team, parents, local business owners, and proud members of the Anza community.

We moved here a year and a half ago with our two daughters, Kaia (11) and Elise (2), and quickly fell in love with the peaceful mountain lifestyle, wide open skies, and the incredible people who make this place so special. We homeschool our girls and have built a life that centers around faith, family, and service.

As a top-producing real estate team, we help people find their place in communities throughout the Coachella Valley, Riverside County, and right here in Anza and the surrounding mountains. But our work isn’t just about real estate — it’s about helping people feel truly at home.

One of the first ways we got involved was through the Anza Farmer’s Market, where Melinda began sharing her love of baking with the community one cookie and loaf of bread at a time. Through that, we met so many wonderful neighbors and local families.

But we kept noticing something:
There wasn’t a central place to find out what was happening in town.

Most events were shared by word of mouth or posted to Facebook groups — which meant it was easy to miss out. So we decided to do something about it.

This website is our way of giving back to the community that has already given us so much. Whether you're a longtime local, a new neighbor, or just visiting, we hope this events page helps you stay connected and make the most of everything Anza has to offer.
